Responsibilities:

• Preparation of individual and group tour packages for various destinations
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with foreign and local partners
• Hotel and flight bookings
• Completing visa application forms
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Participation in info tours and presentations
• Preparing daily and monthly reports for management
• Conducting marketing research and preparing tour proposals

Requirements:

• Higher education degree
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience (reference letters from previous employers are required)
• Strong sales skills (phone sales, in-office sales, email communication, corporate and VIP client sales)
• Knowledge of hotels, resorts, and sanatoriums
• Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Responsible, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
• Experience in obtaining travel and student visas (Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, etc.)
• Experience with flight booking systems (e.g., Amadeus) is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Salary:

1000 AZN + bonus

Note: Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge and skills.
