Arrange tracking of the orders and requests and keep a
current record of the procurement process.
Coordinate with the logistics department the delivery,
custom clearance and declaration filing for the purchased products and
services.
Recommend purchasing policies to assure qualified
delivery of goods and services considering market trends and conditions,
contract requirements and client needs.
Register orders and monitor the timely execution of
orders.
Support the development of the source of delivery, the
database of domestic and foreign markets to ensure quality goods and
services, delivery schedules and work standards.
Monitor the coordination of the daily work of the
department.
Study market conditions, follow market news and perform
other functions required for procurement.
Supervise internal and external documents, complete
customer reports and assist in archiving customer documents.
Assist in logistics activities.
Keep records of purchase applications.
Update and record the list of suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (written
and spoken)
1+ year of related experience
Ability to set up a proper work process
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to make accurate decisions based on analysis,
experience, organizational and judgment skills
Analytical thinking skills
Ability to work reliably and accurately unsupervised
Ability to use personal computer (PC), e-mail, internet,
and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS
Project).
