Lead and participate in ERP implementation and transformation projects based on SAP and/or 1C.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops, interview stakeholders, and translate business needs into functional design.
Perform As‑Is / To‑Be process mapping, conduct Fit/Gap analysis, and develop target operating models.
Support system configuration, scenario development, test planning and execution
Guide clients through deployment, data migration verification, hypercare and stabilization phases.
Independently manage allocated workstreams and deliver high‑quality project outputs.
Coordinate a sub‑team of consultants (1–3 people), review deliverables, and provide coaching
Facilitate client workshops, present project findings, and support decision‑making
Contribute to system selection projects, IT function transformation, and ERP roadmap development
Provide expert input for financial processes (FI/CO, Treasury, Controlling) in ERP context is mandatory;
Participate in proposals, value propositions, and pre‑sales activities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Cybernetics or related fields.
Hands on experience with at least one ERP platform:
Practical involvement in ERP projects: requirements gathering, design documentation, configuration, testing, or deployment.
Strong analytical and problem structuring skills; ability to quickly immerse into business processes.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client facing roles.
Fluency in Azeri and English, Russian is a strong advantage.
