Essential duties and responsibilities:
Classroom support:

• Assist the teacher in preparing and organizing instructional materials for lessons.
• Help set up and maintain an engaging and organized classroom environment.
• Support classroom management by monitoring student behavior and maintaining discipline.
• Assist with transitioning between activities and managing student routines.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional help.

Administrative tasks:

• Assist in record-keeping, such as taking attendance or maintaining student files.
• Help with clerical tasks, such as photocopying, organizing materials, or distributing resources.
• Support the teacher in managing classroom resources, such as textbooks or learning materials.
• Assist in the supervision of students during recess, lunch breaks, or field trips.
