Conducting and benchmarking market research to understand trends and compare company performance against competitors.
Documenting and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Developing and recommending scenarios and strategies to support strategic planning and forecasting.
Leading projects and communicating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure operational success and alignment on business goals.

You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Azerbaijani
