As a senior specialist, you will architect and execute data-driven strategies for paid advertising across search engines, social media, and emerging platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation and exceptional ROI. You’ll also mentor and inspire a talented team of junior marketers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans leveraging automation, A/B testing, and hyper-targeted campaigns.
• Lead all digital advertising initiatives, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own the planning and budgeting of paid advertising activities, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
• Develop and implement high-performance paid search strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns, adjusting bids and tactics to achieve superior ROI.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Design and execute experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate innovative growth strategies and streamline the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. International education is a distinct advantage.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven track record in developing and executing SEO strategies, crafting compelling content, and building a robust online presence.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• Strong command of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, Net Insight, Omniture, or Web Trends.

Certifications:

• DMI certification (with distinction) is a significant asset.
• Additional certifications from Google, Meta, Hootsuite, TikTok, or SEMrush are highly valued.

Skills:

• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
