• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school’s curriculum and early years learning goals
• Prepare materials and learning areas in advance to ensure a dynamic and organized classroom environment
• Establish clear and consistent routines that support behavior expectations and classroom management
• Foster positive relationships with children to support their well-being, confidence, and independence
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development using appropriate tools and strategies
• Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, school events, and professional development sessions as required
• Uphold the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Support children in daily routines such as dressing, eating, hygiene, and transitions throughout the day

• Azerbaijani citizen. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Primary Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education is an advantage
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English 
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 3–6 in a Preschool or early childhood setting
• Strong colloboration and self-management skills. 
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software. 
• Experience as a homeroom teacher or lead teacher in an early years environment is preferred
