Role overview: 

We are looking for a Specialist who will be playing a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive product visibility, sales, and market share through effective collaboration with retailers, distributors, and internal sales and marketing teams. 

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs aligned with overall brand and sales strategies;
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and return on investment;
• Analysis of competitors' activities, monitoring of prices and activity strategies;
• Collaborate with sales teams and build strong relationships with distributors to create promotional campaigns and trade incentives. Design and implement in-store marketing activities, including displays, product placements, and promotional materials;
• Planning and distribution of the trade marketing budget.

• at least 1 year of work experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing;

Skills:

• Basics of economics, including methods for calculating profit, profitability, and investment efficiency
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Results-driven with a focus on ROI and performance metrics;
• Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability)
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
