• Supervise the review of legal documents, analyze documentation, and ensure that junior colleagues meet deadlines.
• Create and maintain an electronic database of corporate and other relevant documents of the company and ensure proper archiving and storage.
• Participate in meetings with clients to support business units during contract negotiations.
• Assist in optimizing and standardizing processes with clients and colleagues.
• Support internal risk management procedures and work with the risk management team to resolve issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with the company’s internal data security regulations.
• Comply with labor laws, internal regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain independence from audit clients and their subsidiaries.
• Demonstrate respect, politeness, and patience when interacting with colleagues and external partners.
• Perform duties with high professionalism and follow instructions from the Performance Manager.
• Supervision of the day-to-day operational legal enquiries from the business units/departments.
• Supervision of drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including board/shareholders meeting minutes/resolutions, POA’s, licenses etc.
• Undertaking general corporate work visiting and following up with various governmental authorities (including the notary public)
• Conducting legal research and analysis, prepare and/or supervise presentations and internal policies and guidance.

• A degree in law.
• 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in consulting or auditing.
• Experience in project management and/or team leadership is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal documents and situations.
• Knowledge of regulatory acts, legal standards, and principles of independence.
• Experience with document management systems (DMS).
• Excellent communication skills for working with colleagues, and external partners.
• Experience in risk analysis and ensuring compliance with company risk management policies.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Understanding and compliance with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
