• Procure and execute the purchasing of required goods and services in a timely manner.
• Conduct market research and price comparisons in both local and foreign markets based on internal requisitions.
• Visit local markets to acquire spare parts or other materials as required.
• Maintain accurate procurement-related documentation and generate relevant reports.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all purchased goods.
• Plan and analyze daily procurement activities to improve efficiency.
• Enter orders into ERP software and monitor their progress.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Able to go to local market for acquisition of required spare parts or other materials

• Location: Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
• Shuttle bus (from 20Yanvar) and lunch are provided.
• Start date: As soon as possible.

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement or a related role is an advantage.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.

Languages:

• English – Fluent / Must
• Russian – Preferable
