• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display;
• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores within the assigned region;
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets;
• Assist customers in selecting fitness equipment based on their needs and preferences;
• Assign tasks and set performance goals for the team;
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Work conditions: 

• Work days 6/1;
• Salary 1500 - 1700 AZN net.

• Bachelor’s degree in business;
