Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales manager plans, generates tools, and leads activities, promotion and sale of the organization's goods and services.

Suitable candidate will be the one who can communicate clearly, have strong people skills and are reliable. Skills in administration and management are also important.

Operational Ownership

• Promoting hotels and residences’ rental existing within Sea Breeze premises and introducing new products to the market;
• Planning the sales and marketing policies and plans of an organization;
• Work is in offices and may involve travel and attendance of conferences and other special events;
• Ability to develop new products and services using market research;
• Identify new target markets, to catch opportunities to generate new revenue streams;
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
• Collaborating with head office sales & marketing personnel, to arrange timely response to individual and group inquiries;
• To have excellent product knowledge and always to be ready to meet new people to optimize sales revenue;
• To possess CAN DO mentality along with leading by example method;
• Tracking and meeting sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation;
• The ongoing training of your salespeople;
• Understand our ideal guests and how they relate to our products;
• Ability to work in energetic, fast pace environment where immediate action / response required from time to time;
• Ability to be present at work during heavy season on weekends and when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
• Experience is such role from 3-5 years;
• Experience in planning and implementing sales & marketing strategies;
• Experience in guest relations management;
• Experience managing and directing a sales & marketing team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian & English languages.;
• Excellent book keeping, tracking & time management skills;
• To have soft skills in good level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and hotel operating software Opera.
• Dedication to providing great guest service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
