-Manage all aspects of Paid Ad campaigns (mainly Google Ads campaigns).
-Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
-Research, find and identify the best targeting keywords and add negative keywords to optimise the campaigns.
-Set up new conversion actions and track the user behaviour of the conversions for ad optimisation purposes.
-Analyse the conversions and optimise PPC ad campaigns accordingly to increase return on investment (ROI).
-Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices.
-Develop PPC strategies based on the real-time analysis of the ad data.
-Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers.
-Report the results, plans and forecasts to the management.
-Proactively monitor the active ad campaigns every day and make appropriate changes in case it is required.
-Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within constraints.
-Monitor competitor’s ad strategies and adjust campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

⏰Working hours:
-We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)

-Strong business acumen and business-mindedness.
-A degree in marketing or a business related field is preferred.
-In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics.
-An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
-Google Ads certification (Fundamentals) is preferred.
-Competency with using Word and Excel.
-Ability to run, monitor and analyse paralel ad campaigns for different projects in different platforms.
-Experience in running campaigns that target Tier 1 countries.
-Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues, such as low-quality scores, high CPCs, or low CTRs.
