Coordinate site safety, technical, and quality inspection personnel to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Identify and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.
Interface with contractors daily to monitor progress and performance.
Review and provide input on contractors' detailed plans and procedures.
Monitor and appraise contractor performance, recommending corrective action when necessary.
Establish and maintain verification processes for mechanical completion.
Implement and manage materials management systems at the site.
Coordinate planning and implementation of fabrication, construction, and mechanical completion activities.
Collaborate with the commissioning team to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.
Ensure completion of pre-commissioning activities.
Support commissioning engineers with technical expertise.
Champion on-site safety awareness and safety performance.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Verify implementation of quality control measures.

Appropriate level of field construction experience, typically gained through a minimum of 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
