Job Responsibilities:

• Identification, formalization, and agreement of requirements;
• Audit, formalization, and optimization of existing business processes and designing new ones;
• Designing system modules, user interfaces, integration interactions, and setting tasks for the development team;
• Participation in the creation of architectural and business solutions;
• Closely cooperating with the development teams, supporting them with tasks;
• Conducting acceptance testing;
• Automating business processes:
• Be involved in core-system customization together with the development team;
• Providing training to system users.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience;
• Experience in writing documentation: business requirements for agreement with stakeholders, functional and nonfunctional requirements for direct transfer to development, acceptance scenarios for conducting testing, user manuals;
• Experience in designing information systems;
• Knowledge of at least one of the notations: BPMN, ArchiMate, UML;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
• Understanding and experience working with REST, RabbitMQ, SOAP, Kafka
