5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Proven experience in creating and implementing design systems and component libraries for complex digital products (web and mobile).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with a strong focus on creating design systems.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
Strong experience with prototyping, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers, understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in three or two languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English).
