Requirements:

- Minimum overall IELTS band score of 8.0

- CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification.

- TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification is highly preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation, with demonstrable student success rates.

- Advanced teaching qualifications such as Delta (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Deep understanding of IELTS exam structure, strategies, and recent changes.

- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience working with diverse student groups, including young adults and professionals.

- Master's degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of educational psychology and techniques for student motivation and engagement.

- Familiarity with Cambridge English or other advanced English certifications is a plus.

- Ability to create mock tests, quizzes, and other assessment materials that reflect IELTS standards.

- Experience in providing one-on-one coaching for students aiming for high band scores (7.5+).

- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours if necessary.
