Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, consolidate, and secure the IT infrastructure across our group of companies. This role requires a deep understanding of multiple IT domains, cloud and hybrid environments, advanced networking, and enterprise-level security practices. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations across diverse platforms, provide centralized user management, monitor systems, and drive standardization efforts across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized user provisioning, authentication, and access control across the organization;
• Oversee Active Directory, Azure AD, and role-based access control (RBAC) for secure user management;
• Administer Microsoft O365 products, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions;
• Ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premise environments for optimal IT service delivery;
• Lead consolidation of IT infrastructure and services across the group of companies;
• Develop strategies for standardization, optimization, and scalability to improve efficiency;
• Manage systems across various platforms (Windows, Linux) and environments (cloud, hybrid, on-premise);
• Implement and manage enterprise security strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices;
• et up monitoring systems to proactively identify issues and minimize downtime;
• Manage IaaS, BaaS, and SaaS solutions, optimizing cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance;
• Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies to protect critical systems and data;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred);
• 5-7 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; additional languages are a plus;
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex system issues;
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• High attention to detail in securing, documenting, and standardizing systems and processes;
• Experience with enterprise security frameworks and centralized user management;
• Proficient in identity and access management (IAM) and advanced networking skills (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs);
• Experience with SQL database management, query optimization, and backup/recovery processes.
