• Provide expert guidance to customers regarding advanced features, and customization options
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness 
• Investigate customer issues, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
• Work closely with product teams to share customer feedback, report bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of support ticket documentation.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the platform's products and features, and regularly update this knowledge.
• Create and update support documentation to equip customers with the knowledge to resolve their issues independently.

⏰Working hours:

       We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
