Providing services through point of sale according to internal procedures and rules reflected in appropriate documents and programs,(BSS KPI, FAQ and etc)
Resolving customers queries and registering complaints regarding sales and service
Maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services for company and Ensuring sales and high standard service to customers
Carry out other job responsibilities in accordance üith relevant documents (maintain discipline run on schedule and etc.)
To ensure that the discipline is properly maintained at the office, and promptly inform the management of any violations of the rule
Fulfillment of the works in compliance with the procedures and instructions

Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties

Your education and work experience:
University Degree or Vocational school/college/secondary school
Experience with customer services and sales is a plus
