ADA University’s School of Public and International Affairs invites applications for the position of Instructor of Public Administration. This full-time faculty role, starting in Fall 2024, offers a great opportunity for dynamic, innovative, and collaborative professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of related courses including Public Affairs and Governance, Human Resource Management, Policy Analysis, Crisis Management, and other relevant subjects as required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent teaching experiences and actively engage in curriculum development.
• Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere among faculty.
• Participate in university and school committees.
• Provide thorough support and guidance to students.
• Maintain a teaching load of 4/4 per academic year.
• Actively participate in university and community life.
