• Greet visitor, register them and direct accrodingly
• Answering to phonecalls and redirect calls
• Receive and register all incoming documents
• Arrange delivery of outgoing documents and plans work of inhouse courier
• Check invoices of courier services
• Book meeting rooms and update file accordingly
• Arrange badges and add fingerprint into the system for new employees
Education:
• High education is preferable
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office
Professional knowledge:
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate level of English
• MS Office Programs
