Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team leader in ensuring efficient bid evaluation and contract award process;
• Work closely with the team leader and the other team members of the Consultant’s and the Client’s team in ensuring efficient project implementation;
• Coordinate with other team members to perform the Bid Evaluation and Post Qualification;
• Contribute to the preparation of the draft and final evaluation report in required quality and schedule, especially with respect to technical aspects of the transmission substation and technical post qualification of the Bidders;
• Contribute to the preparation of the draft and final Contract Documents, with respect to technical aspects related to the transmission substations;
• Review and confirm the contractor's design submissions;
• Supervise and monitor the project implementation of related substation;
• Monitor progress against plan;
• Certify As-Built drawings and progress payments;
• Ensure adherence to project safety plan and quality assurance plan; and
• Liaise with counterpart engineers of the Client for quick and permanent coordination and agreements.

The Work Place is located in Ozbakistan.

Salary: 3000-4000 $

• Bachelor or higher degree in electrical engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design of transmission substations which shall include projects of 220 kV or above;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design and implementation of substations, which shall include layout substation layout design, detailed substation design and installation of transformers/switchgears, substation SCADA system and relay protection;
• Previous experience in project preparatory and pre-construction activities on substation projects of 220kV and above, in procurement and engineering; and
• Previous experience in developing countries in the region is desirable.
