• Proven experience in recruitment (min 3 years in recrutment and 1 year as a recruitment manager)
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Possessing a recruitment and/or HR qualification (e.g. CIPD certificate) is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and industry best practices.
• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment initiatives with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
