Oversee the organization, classification, and storage of company documents/procedures.
Maintain an efficient and accessible filing system for various departments.
Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
Ensure compliance with document retention policies and legal requirements.
Establish and enforce document control procedures across departments.
Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
Monitor the lifecycle of documents, from creation to archiving, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with different departments to gather, review, and process documents.
Manage version control for critical documents to avoid discrepancies.
Implement and maintain a system to track revisions and updates.
Facilitate effective communication regarding document control processes and requirements.
Work closely with department heads to address document-related queries and concerns.
Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Identify areas for improvement in document management processes.

More than 3 years of proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field.
Familiarity with document management systems and software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
Professional fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
