Conduct in-depth research and analysis of commodity markets, including supply and demand factors, geopolitical influences, and macroeconomic trends;
Research on markets and trade related data;
Monitor and interpret market data to identify trading opportunities and potential risks. This will include local supply and demand data and be linked to international markets and Indices;
Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for commodity trading.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate market insights and recommendations;
Work with the finance team to prepare gross margin budgets for each agreed sale;
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and global economic events affecting commodity markets;
Utilize statistical models and analytical tools to forecast price movements and market trends;
Assess risk exposure and recommend risk management strategies;
Maintain accurate records of market data, trade activities, and analysis results.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of commodity markets;
Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and financial modelling;
Excellent communication skills to convey complex market insights to diverse audiences;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced trading environment;
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards;
Previous experience in commodity analysis or trading is preferred;
Fluency in Russian and English required.
