Participate in the investigation and approval process of employee needs;
To analyze the incoming applications, to invite the candidates whose competence, experience, and knowledge match the necessary characteristics of the required employee to the test or interview stage;
Organization of recruitment and placement work in general (finding candidates for vacancies, conducting interviews, deciding on the candidate's employment together with the head of the structure);
Obtaining references for successful candidates;
Notifying candidates about interview results;
Preparation of recruitment reports;
Participate in the regulation of employer-employee relations;
Developing a needs plan with department heads to forecast future hiring needs;
Regular participation in job fairs and career events;

Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
