Position in the organizational structure: Attached to the IT department of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), under the supervision of the Head of IT Department of UFAZ.

Starting date: As Soon As Possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Focus on Student Information System (SIS): Take charge of the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our SIS, ensuring its reliability and efficiency.
• Technical Expertise in NestJS and Typescript: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in NestJS and Typescript, with a minimum of 3 years of JavaScript experience. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our SIS towards technical excellence.
• Python Proficiency: While not mandatory, knowledge of Python is highly beneficial, as it adds value to our diverse tech stack.
• Solid Foundation in Computer Science: As a computer science graduate, you are expected to have a strong understanding of databases, networking, and Linux administration. These skills are essential in navigating the technical landscape of our projects.
• Leadership and Project Ownership: Exhibit extreme ownership and accountability for the projects you lead. Your role involves steering the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Team Leadership: As the technical lead, you will guide, mentor, and lead a team of two developers. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and productive environment, driving the team towards successful project completions.
• Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the project manager and other management members. Your role involves articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contributing to strategic decisions.
