Prepare
and maintaining records of all purchasing orders
Communicating
with Suppliers build relationships with them and manage their performance
Monitor
and follow-up on open/unconfirmed Purchase Orders
Provide
support to Procurement Managers and perform duties such as preventing
production delays, reducing costs, taking orders, estimating arrival time,
writing reports, and scheduling purchases
Determine
the purchasing needs of the organization
Monitor
stock levels
Manage
and control purchasing lists for all administrative and operational areas
Solutioned
invoicing problems in a timely manner

Minimum 4
year working experience in a clerical setting or in purchasing
Strong
market knowledge and experience in working across various functions,
businesses and regions
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Advanced
skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

mathematics, finance or accounting.
Deep
understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts
