To conduct thorough assessments of existing organizational structures and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency;
To create HR reporting process to key stakeholders through diversified means of communication and platforms;
To conduct facilitation of HR internal meetings and track of meeting protocols;
To provide relevant reporting on execution of the project plans and meeting discussions to CHRO;
To regularly assess organizational development programs for continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations.
To provide support for the creation, coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives;
To establish metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement;
To provide analysis of the workload executed, challenges, risks, and recommendations for change;
To maintain accurate documentation of organizational design changes, development initiatives, and training programs and generate regular reports for executive leadership;
To stay abreast of industry trends in organizational design and development, integrating relevant innovations to enhance our practices;
To collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and implement succession planning strategies, ensuring talents for key roles;
To design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction;
To participate in HR Projects and organization wide projects;
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
To keep confidentiality of the company data.

Education:
Higher education (Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable).
Work Experience:
1 year work experience in a related field;
Work experience in HR and good understanding of diverse HR practices.
Language and computer programs knowledge:
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, good level of Russian language proficiency is preferrable;
Advanced proficiency in Excel for organizational design and development, including creating dashboards, designing tracking tools for reporting, and visualizing data.
