Responsible for purchasing of all operational goods and services;
Communicate with Operation Department and develop a project procurement plan;
Arrange purchases and deliveries of the materials and services necessary for the project implementation;
Execute contractual purchase orders and secure required materials and equipment from domestic and foreign markets are at the lowest possible cost;
To lead negotiations with suppliers (pre-contract, contract, post contract terms);
Develop and maintain purchasing, expediting and shipping sections to meet the requirements of the Company relative to obtaining goods and services in strict deadlines;
Track and arrange the orders and requests and keep a current record of the procurement process;
Execute and control the material pricing for the estimating and bidding of goods and services;
Recommend purchasing policies to assure qualified delivery of goods and services considering market trends and conditions, contract requirements and client needs;
Coordinate and lead all operational purchases related with stores, office and warehouse;
Keep record of all jobs and input all related data to the COINS;
Conduct regular market research and find alternative suppliers for adding value to the company operations;
Managing tendering process from beginning till to the award.

High school diploma (Supply Chain Management or Operations Management);
3-5 years of experience as a Procurement specialist in a similar role;
Retail company experience is an advantage;
Deep understanding of workflow in procurement and supply chain;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
Strong analytical thinking, result-orientation and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems;
Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English (Russian is an advantage).
