To monitor state of Radio and Transmission Network elements.
To monitor state of Core and Fixed Network elements.
To monitor IT and Intelligent Network elements.
To be responsible for fault registration, fault notification and fault escalation on any problems on network (Radio, Transmission, Core, Fixed, IT) or subscriber sides.
To facilitate and support all planned work to ensure maximum network availability and customer satisfaction.
To keep specific safety instructions and procedures and to supervise strictly for their following and execution.
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management.
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.

University degree in telecommunications or information technologies.
Experience in the sphere of telecommunication network.
University degree in telecommunications or information technologies or work experience in Telecommunications sphere.
Language knowledge (Azerbaijan, English, Russian)
To follow the development of new technologies and telecommunication evolution.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Personal, reliable and self-controlled.
Ability to accept the company culture and standards of working, be ready to work in 24/7 mode.
Ability to work under pressure.
