Coordinate the activities of the HSE Coordinators on board of vessel to ensure all daily tasks are implemented effectively.
Lead all project-related incidents, injuries, spills, or occupational diseases to determine causes and ensuring implementation of preventative measures.
Developing and implementing HSE programs to improve HSE awareness and reporting culture including but not limited to HSE Self-Verification program, HSE Campaigns etc.
Maintain local regulatory register, interface with contractors, subcontractors, local regulatory agencies as needed.
Record all findings, actions, gaps etc in Project Action Tracker and collaborate with relevant site management to close them out within the agreed timeline.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's HSE policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, self-verifications to identify to ensure Project HSE requirements are met at site
Partner with various departments to identify and facilitate opportunities for safety improvement.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to business segments on HSE matters.
Reinforce safety culture, hazard awareness, and environmental stewardship, by promoting active employee engagement with HSE department goals.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and maintain the company's HSE documentation system to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including the timely and accurate reporting of incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory authorities, and industry associations on HSE matters.
Participate in audits and inspections, both internal and external, subcontractor audits, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure all project HSE reports are completed and submitted to the relevant parties.

NEBOSH certificate or any equivalent certification.
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificate or equivalent.

10-12 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in oil and gas industry with offshore experience (preferably vessel operations).
Good working experience of providing HSE support to Vessel operations especially related to, energy isolation, suspended loads, pressure testing, confined space entry, working at height, hot work activities etc.
Working knowledge of the relevant regulations, decrees and laws related to health, safety, and environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard requirements
STCW, BOSIET / FOET valid certificate, very good command of English is required.
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate required.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required.
