Collate and produce weekly, quarterly, monthly, annual safety reports, presentations as required, HSSE communications including the issue of a HSSE Quarterly newsletters, Lessons Learned packs, Bulletins and Alerts
Reviewing and trending HSSE data with the Site Management and HSSE Team, the general administration services to the team include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing agenda.
Supporting the Site with the rollout, management, use and maintenance of HSSE Communication and Reporting platforms.
Keep diligently updated internal records with regards to incidents, near misses and accidents, HSSE Action Tracking Status
Undertake projects and information gathering to establish hazards and levels of risk.
Coordinating safety activities across site, attend Walkarounds, Hazard Hunt, emergency exercises, internal HSSE Audits and develop subsequent reports.
Support managers with HSSE Training programs, Conduct HSSE inductions for new staff.
Manage and monitor the Site Training Matrix for all Staff, ensure all paper training / competency records are completed and retained in the employees training files.
Creating schedules for training and audits across all services
Collate for review by those Managers any associated Management System documentation that may be affected by the changes and pass approved changes to the Project HSSE Manager for update to the Management System.
Provide administrative support to all members of the Project HSSE Team in all aspects of their work.
Perform HSE related duties necessary for successful operation of the HSE function.

University degree in Health, Safety, Environmental or relevant field.
NEBOSH certificate or any equivalent certification.
ISO 14001 & ISO45001 Internal Auditor certificate or equivalent.
3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in oil and gas industry with offshore experience (preferably vessel operations).
Good working experience of providing HSE support to Vessel operations especially related to, energy isolation, suspended loads, pressure testing, confined space entry, working at height, hot work activities etc.
Working knowledge of the relevant regulations, decrees and laws related to health, safety, and environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard requirements
STCW, BOSIET / FOET valid certificate, very good command of English is preferred.
