Key aspects of the role include planning, performing, and monitoring order details and shipping schedules;
Provide continuous support to the control of Expediting and as required, Inspection activities for the assigned PO’s;
Strive to continuously monitor contractual aspects and support multidisciplinary coordination of the Purchase Order, taking into account engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities;
Monitor performance and progress in line with defined main phases of each order;
Ensure that the notified inspections are timely performed and relevant report received in due time;
Support OS&D Process in coordination with Warehousing team;
Promptly communicate any problem/deviation to the direct manager;
Develop the best strategy to implement corrective actions, minimizing the consequences;
Maintain production and maintenance activities scheduled for ongoing projects, to plan expediting activities in a way to prevent delays that can affect delivery;
Confirm the achievement of the PO milestones;
Prepare ad hoc and routine expediting reports and escalate relevant highlights;
Update databases in a timely manner and with full available data;
Contribute information to the Freight Forwarding Forecast Summary;
Follow up the final documentation and certification dossier;

Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration;
Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
Minimum 2 year experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;
