Developing, creating, and monitoring company-wide general preventive maintenance (PPM) plans
Developing and monitoring the operational budgets
Monitoring and reviewing the energy efficiency operations of the assets. Creating saving opportunities without any discomfort
Preparing and implementing sustainability plans on the assets.
Assisting the operation teams to define the necessary scope and solution.
Having audits and inspections for the buildings in order to identify the real condition of the asset. Developing and implementing the procedures for this scope.
Reviewing, analyzing, and estimating the operation and capital budgets.
Managing site and office meetings with subcontractors, operators, investors, and other stakeholders
Improving building technology and preparing state-of-art improvements
Representing the company in front of the stakeholders, local institutes, authorities
Assisting other departments such as facility, marketing, leasing, and operation.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related faculties.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential is a plus.
Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, BS, IBC, ASME, ISO, IEC, BOMA, RICS etc.
Good organizing skills, team management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) is a plus.
Good Health and Safety knowledge, OSHA certificate is a plus.
Good planning skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility/property management, construction, design sector.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Primavera, MS Projects
Business/financial management expertise
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Business fluency in English and Azerbaijani are required.
