• Participation and control, together with business units, as well as with developers in the formulation of requirements to the new features/changes in Digital Banking;

• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers;

• Develop UX (web and mobile) prototypes for visualization of the idea using any tool (Balsamiq, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, Paint, etc.);

• Monitoring tasks of the implementation process;

• Testing and acceptance of the developed functionality;

• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed


 

• Excellent analytical skills;

• Strong software and REST API / SOAP skills;

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries;

• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions;

•  Solid understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with software development (web front-end, mobile applications, and back-end);

• Experience documenting, testing, and if required training new applications and systems;

Good English skills (both writing and speaking);
