Collect and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to support business decisions
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
Participate in agile development processes to deliver solutions in a timely manner
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify trends
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks on data inputs and outputs
Continuously monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and consistency across various data sources

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline)
1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
Proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge at least one scripting language such as Python or R
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and their applications in business contexts
