Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, user needs, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to effectively communicate business needs to the development team.
Create comprehensive business flow diagrams and process maps to visually represent end-to-end workflows, facilitating a clear understanding of business processes.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements and align with user expectations.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during the platform development lifecycle, addressing inquiries and clarifying requirements as needed.
Monitor digital platforms performance and user behavior, utilizing data insights to recommend data-driven improvements and optimizations.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.
Efficiently identify, document, and manage bugs, ensuring timely resolution and collaborating with development teams to maintain the stability and reliability of platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in business flow drafting and process mapping tools.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence to facilitate workflows, task tracking, and documentation.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments is an advantage.
Understanding of web technologies, familiarity with mobile app development principles and software development life cycle processes is an advantage.
