Receive visitors at the reception desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately;
Receive and re-direct all telephone calls as appropriate and take messages when required;
Manage correspondence and communications by telephone, fax, and email;
Register and manage company guests and visitors;
Arrange necessary access cards for company visitors;
Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture;
Document Flow;
Reception and common area;
Manage meeting room availability;
Other responsibilities;
Provision of reports and documentation.

Education: Bachelor's degree;
Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, being a team player; Customer focused, proactive and good understanding of Company strategy and business model; Professional attitude and appearance; Ability to multitask and work under pressure; Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment;
Language and computer programs knowledge: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both writing and speaking); Microsoft Office and typing;
SPECİAL REQUIREMENTS: Punctual with strong attendance history; Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking; Excellent verbal communication skills; Good telephone communication etiquette; Organized and resourceful.
