Your primary responsibilities will include: Oversee engagement management' including managing the budget' resourcing strategy' billing and collections' and progress against the plan' timeline' and milestones
Execute complex audit procedures and lead teams, or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement
Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and confirm that work delivered to clients is a high quality
Allocating work in accordance with audit qualification levels to ensure the due performance of an engagement
Anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate
In the event of audit-related issues, making suggestions to resolve them in accordance with Baker Tilly requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Completed any of the professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CFA)
Minimum of five years of work experience in professional services environment
Experience in supervising, planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS
