Systematizing data on the drivers of commercial standards, digitizing and prioritizing them
Ensuring creation and improvement of reporting for performance analysis and evaluation of results within the commercial standards

Higher education (preferably in commerce or business management)
At least 2 years of experience as training specialist, experience in sales and sales analytics in FMCG sector
Experience in the development of training materials and training
Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level
Knowledge of the standards of work and visibility in retail
Principles of building distribution channels
Understanding the key performance indicators of the company and work in sales channels, sales performance indicators
Confident MS Office user (Excel, Power Point)
Multitasking ability
Project management skills
Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
Market research methodology
Skills in business analysis of sales and distribution indicators
