Properly utilize sales force at the international sales station to ensure maximum efficiency and drive revenue forward.

Monitor sales performance metrics of international rep. offices, establishing KPIs and sales trend.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities that drive sales in international markets.
Represent the airline company at international events and conferences to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Negotiate and manage contracts with international partners, ensuring that all terms are favorable for the airline company.
Provide regular reports to Director of Sales & Partnerships on international sales performance, market trends, and partner activities in international markets.
