ob Title: Head of Domestic Sales

Job Summary: The Head of Domestic Sales is responsible for leading and managing the local sales team of an airline company. This role requires a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that increase revenue and market share at the local level. The Head of Local Sales will work closely with other departments to ensure that sales goals are achieved, and customer satisfaction is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies with local client base, including but not limited to travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts.
• Lead and manage the local sales unit, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Establish strong relationships with key customers at the domestic market.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement tactical adjustment as needed to achieve targets.
• Represent the airline company at local events and conferences to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports to Director of Sales & Partnership on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
