Prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timelines of written information;
Research and prepare strategic advice, information and reports on planning and operational matters to facilitate informed decision making and planning;
Contribute to projects to support the achievement of organization level strategic and operational objectives;
Fulfill duties as assigned by the director or the authorized person;

Education in the Business Administration, Management or related fields (BSc/ BA, MSc/MA or MBA);
Minimum 1 year of experience in related roles;
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
Desire to advance career in HR, Project Management or Finance;
Knowledge of an English language (at least intermediate level), Russian is desired;
Proficiency in software applications;
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Proven ability to work collaboratively well with diverse groups;
Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and efficient;
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
Knowledge of business and management principles;
Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner);
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Preference will be given to those with MBA education and Project Management activities.
