Support the growth portfolio hiring team to effectively manage the administrative processes of hiring campaigns.
Utilisie key tools and software to provide accurate data-led reporting.
Responsible for logistics and facilitation; meetings, interviews, data collection sessions, etc.
Support the team with data requests and running insights reports
Coordinate relationships and interface with teams such as procurement and finance as the team looks to equip themselves to manage high demand, fast pace recruitment activity.
Comply with the organisation’s safety and ethics rules and processes
Accountable for recording of minutes of team meetings and support the team where needed.
Manage the team central library of education and process materials.
Provide support on various projects where needed and participate as requested.
Responsible for setting up and collecting assessment materials.
Manage travel where needed and support the team with expenses and other similar requests.
Coordinate with internal and external partners (ie. nternal recruiters and external agency vendors).
