Recommending updates to the S&OL strategy in service of the S&OL Purpose and Learning Vision. Promoting the strategy, ensuring clarity and supporting S&OL wider team alignment between strategic aims and activity sets and allocation of resources.
Supporting implementation of the business interface model, to enable the productive engagement and visibility of S&OL.
Build and maintain trusting and encouraging stakeholder relationships across the growth and newly supported businesses as their requirements are integrated into S&OL.
Support creation and implementation of the framework for the evaluation of learning & development requirements and development of delivery models for growth and newly supported businesses.
Acting as SPA for integration of growth and newly supported businesses as they require support from S&OL, including definition of model, processes, RAPIDs/ RACIs, hosting LDT and supporting skill cluster sizing, and executing the implementation plan.
Supporting coordinated working across S&OL, improving collaboration across LDTs and SCs, and looking for opportunities to continuously improve, clarify and simplify interfaces.
Recommend: updates to S&OL strategy.
Input: S&OL annual work plan, budget and gross resourcing allocation
Perform: addition of growth and newly supported businesses to S&OL remit.
Perform: New or changed workflow or interfaces in support of improved performance
