Arrange and provide brifieng and background information all the meetings;
Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages;
Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
Participated in the negotiations conducted by the head of the structure during the meetings, to provide simultaneous interpretation.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all level of seniority;
Plans, coordinates and ensures Director’s schedule is followed and respected;
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internal and external partners;
Initiating corrective action when required.
