Organize sustainable process of retail banking CRM system development and maintenance
· Automate analytics for CRM campaigns
· Optimize contact policy
· Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map;
· Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
· Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis;
· Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
· Identifying areas of improvement;
· Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
· Undergraduate degree or higher;
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery preferably experience as Portfolio Manager or Product owner
· Experience in implementation of CRM systems in banking or telecom
· Understanding of software architecture
· High data competency, running data-driven backlog
· In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
· Strong presentation skills;
· Multi-tasking
