Proven work experience as a CRM Campaign Specialist, CRM Marketer, Marketing Analytics or in a similar role
Strong expertise in CRM campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies within CRM systems
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
